I contacted Besic regarding a yellow jacket problem in which they'd found their way into my home. Besic responded promptly, took care of the issue much quicker than I had imagined it would take, and now happily reside again in a yellow jacket free home. Beyond being professional, I also had great interactions with John & Steve, who were both very personable and very patient in answering all of my questions. After treating my home, Steve took the time to look around the outside of my house to see if there were any other issues and cleaned up the treatment area. He also informed me that in the unlikely event that I notice any other yellow jackets around, to simply call him, and he'd be over quickly to deal with it. If you have pest issues on your property or in your home, I would recommend Besic Pest Control without hesitation. As a family run business, I experienced a faster, better, and more personal response than I have in dealing with larger companies. This is a company that takes pride in the quality of their work and in completely satisfying their customers. I can't recommend Besic Pest Control highly enough.

Last week on my day off, my husband woke me up with "We have a bee problem!" Yellow jackets were making their way into the spare bedroom through a recessed light. I immediately knew to call Besic Pest Control - and I'm so glad I did! John and Jared worked for over 2 hours to rid my attic of a HUGE nest, they were very neat while doing their work, and best of all I haven't seen a bee since they left! I can't thank them enough - and would NEVER consider calling any other pest control business. I recommend them to everyone!

One day last week, while I was at work, I was informed there were "hundreds" of yellow jackets swarming in my son's bedroom - and more were somehow arriving by the moment. I went into panic mode thinking that I would have to take my family to a hotel for the night and wondering how long it would take before I could get the bees removed. I called Besic Pest Control and they arrived at my house in less than 90 minutes. Once there, they were able to remove all of the bees as well as a very large nest they had made in the ceiling. It was unbelievable - when they left, there was no mess for me to clean up, no bees had traveled to the rest of the house, and no bees have returned. They even walked the perimeter of the house and exterminated two additional hives that were in the siding. Most importantly, however, was the fact that all three gentlemen were personable and reassuring. They talked with me about prevention in the spring and assured me they would return if the bees appeared back in the house. Besic Pest Control is a local family owned and operated business that demonstrated fast and efficient bee removal. I will always call Besic for my future bee and other pest needs.

Mr. Besic was right on time when he came to take care of my mice and yellow jacket issues. He got right to work and educated me in why what he used for extermination worked and the over the counter products don't work. He was very pleasant and respectful. I will use him again if I have any other issues.

John came to our hope to remove a bees comb in my girls room at about 7:30 pm. We didn't call him unil about 5:30 pm that evening. He knew we were concerned and he showed up and took care of the problem. He came back two more times without charging us as we had some other areas where bees were getting into the living areas of our house. He made a bad situation the best it could be. Definitely use them again and recommend to a friend.

We recently purchased a home and had seen some carpenter ants in the bedroom and some bees in the living room. We read reviews on Angie's List and decided to give Besic a call. They did a GREAT JOB! Very thorough! Sprayed interior, exterior, garage and shed. Since that time, I have seen 1 dead bee and 3 or 4 dead ants....I haven't seen anything at all lately. We highly recommend BESIC PEST CONTROL and would definitely use them again.

We have been using Besic Pest Control for our pest issues for years. John@Besic has always been very pleasant to deal with, provides prompt service and answers all questions or concerns that we have had. John takes great great pride in his work and does a thorough job every visit. We receive treatment for spiders, ants, carpenter bees, wasps, etc yearly and though there are closer pest control service companies, we continue to use Besic because of the level of service that they provide!

No one enjoys his home being invaded by unwanted pests, but the Besics have given me confidence that the intruders can be eliminated. We first found Besic Pest Control from the phone book. They have not only quickly and professionally addressed each situation, but they have also educated us about the unwanted guests. This education helps us not to have recurring pest problems. The company's employees are unfailingly polite and professional. And they don't give up until there is no longer a reason to return.

I was very pleased that service was provided the day I called for help to eradicate ants from my home. Mr. Besic and son were very thorough in examining every potential site for ants as well as dusting/spraying throughout my home. They took care to protect my new flooring and cleaned all areas they examined and/or treated. Mr. Besic also shared educational information on the variety of ants, their habitats and how to eradicate as well as prevent issues with the pests. Thank you for exceptional service.

I called around when I found out I needed to have my house treated to close on it due to bank regulations. Needless to say, time was of the essence. Mr. Besic met me a couple hours after I called, provided an in depth inspection free of charge, discussed my options including cost, timelines, and efficacy. Selecting Besic Pest Control was a no brainer after talking with the other pest control companies. His prices were very fair, he was completely professional, and very fast not only in meeting for an inspection, but completing the job. I will not hesitate to use Besic's services again although I hope the need doesn't arise.

I called Besic when I found evidence of bed bugs and the first guy I lined up cancelled on me. John put me at ease from the first phone call. He's communicative, reliable, friendly, and professional. They inspected my apartment and found no signs of infestation. (What a relief!) They believe I just picked up a stray bug or two in my luggage while traveling (which I do constantly for work) and talked to me about how to avoid that in the future. Will definitely call them again if I ever have any other pest problems.

I did my research and found John at Besic Pest Control. They exceeded my expectations ridding me of my carpenter ant infestation. Their service was inexpensive compared to competitor pricing, and my appointment was scheduled within the week I called. I found Besic Pest Control on Angie's list, I highly recommend using her website along with John's services. Since having my property sprayed, I haven't noticed any ants, centipedes, wasps or other unwanted pests.
Roach Treatment

John and his son, Jared, along with his brother Stephen determined through an inspection where my roach problem was. They used a vacuum to suck up all the dead roaches behind the refrigerator. They sprayed the kitchen and used bate to eliminate the roaches. They were very friendly and explained how the treatment would work. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone that needed pest control services.

Called for appointment and they were here the same day!!! Technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. they even wore shoe covers so no dirt was tracked into my house. Caught the mouse in 1 day and te price was reasonable.

A couple weeks after moving into our new rental home, my girlfriend and I noticed a strange bug on our bed. A quick google search confirmed our worst fear— a bed bug infestation. Besic Pest Control was here to treat our house the day after we called, sprayed our carpets down completely(luckily we only have two carpeted rooms), and sprayed the trim in every room as well. Their workers were very professional, and the whole process only took about an hour. One huge bonus of this treatment: the spray they use for bed bugs also kills basically every other insect you don’t want in your home. When I went into the basement later that day, every massive spider that was hidden in the rafters now laid dead on the floor. We’ve been bed bug free for about a month now. I couldn't be more satisfied with Besic Pest Control's service. I had a really bad spider problem. There were a lot of spiders and they were really huge... enough to make me nervous in my own home. I had so many large spiders that I was sleeping with the lights on. So I decided to call Besic Pest Control. They came quickly to solve my problem, their prices were good and they sprayed everything. They also guarantee their work. They assured me the spray would not hurt my dog and it hasn't. I have not seen any spiders yet so I'm thrilled that I gave them my business. We live in the country. We get bees, ants, small animals all the time. This time I decided to try someone new. I called Besic Pest Control and don’t regret it a bit. I typically don’t take the time to write a review for any company, but I had such a positive experience, I felt I had to. The service has been fantastic! I have not seen one live carpenter ant (lots of dead ones) or a single yellow jacket since the day of the service. John is a super friendly guy; did a thorough job and even spent time explaining to be me what he was doing and answering all of my questions, it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He removed both the ant’s nest (he mentioned it could have been one of the biggest nests of carpenter ants, if not the biggest, he’d ever seen) and the yellow jacket’s nest which was inside the outside wall of the house (they were eating the drywall to where only the paint remained between them and the inside of the house). I mentioned some concerns about the chemicals used because as I have grandchildren visiting and he assured me that all the products used were safe around humans. John confirmed what we were seeing and scheduled an appointment when the weather was best for the ant spray to be effective. Joe came out explained exactly what he was going to be doing and what our results should be.
